The following suggestions wil help us serve you and your pet more efficiently.
For general information telephone calls can be made any time during hospital hours. Inquiries concerning hospitalized pets should be made after 9 A.M. We would appreciate you keeping your pet on a leash or in hand while in the hospital. In most cases we try to discourage visiting an animal that is hospitalized, as this causes excitement and disappointment. However, with special advance notice we will try to arrange for a tour of our facilities. The clinic is equipped with the most up-to-date laboratory, x-ray, surgical and
anesthetic equipment. We are justifiably proud of showing it off when tours can be arranged so that unfavorable effects on our patients are minimized. Unlike the human hospital, the facilities which are provided are entirely due to the private enterprise and investment of the veterinarian and represent a substantial investment in the community as well as the protection of the community's public health and welfare. You are invited to talk things over with us, including animal care, hospitalization and diet as well as fees. We will make effort to explain in full, to the best of our ability.

Hospital hours during weekdays are 8 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. - Saturdays 8 A.M. to 12 P.M. - and Sundays and Holidays by Emergencies only. |
There is an emergency fee for after-hour calls, to be paid at the time of the visit, in addition to any regular office charges. We will always stand ready to assist in every true emergency, but we request that you do not call the doctor after hours unless it is an emergency. For your convenience we offer Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. |
